Hi,

Just a quick question regarding phone tracking. Is it possible for BT to ping a lost mobile phone to see either its current or last location from the cell tower it was last connected to?

Do BT provide this to customers or only conduct this for emergency services.

Partner has lost her phone in rural farm ground and the signal is very poor. Cannot get through to the phone and is not connected to Wifi/4G.

Just wondering can BT ping your mobile or find out which location it was in last and provide the information.

Hi, @xtnerb97 Thanks for posting, that's annoying. I'm sorry that's not something BT can do. I'd recommend using the find my phone facilities with either Google or Apple to try and locate it.
