      <title>BT added 12 months onto my mobile contract</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I took out a 12-month mobile contract last year which ends&amp;nbsp; 16/09/22.&amp;nbsp; However, when I try to request the PAC code it adds another 12 months onto it until 17/09/23 and says I have to pay an early termination charge of&amp;nbsp; £200+ .&amp;nbsp; This is clearly wrong as I am sure I took out a 12-month contract and that is what it says on my plan summary too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have attached 2 screenshots&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;- one shows the right contract end date in 2022&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- one shows the wrong contract end date in 2023&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2022-08-30 at 15.38.42.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/78526i3919F9B48D729554/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screenshot 2022-08-30 at 15.38.42.png" alt="Screenshot 2022-08-30 at 15.38.42.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2022-08-30 at 18.36.33.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/78525i0FB5F37A1439AB99/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screenshot 2022-08-30 at 18.36.33.png" alt="Screenshot 2022-08-30 at 18.36.33.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;not 17/09/23.
