    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I've been with BT Mobile for a few years and the phone signal has never been a problem, not brilliant sometimes, but usually does the job.&amp;nbsp; However, for the past week the signal has been weak or non existent.&amp;nbsp; I've been on the EE website and it tells me that there's a problem in my area and they're working on it, with a never changing estimate of a fix taking at least 16 hours.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone had experience of an extended outage and how long EE usually take to fix problems?&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Depends on exactly what’s required. If it’s taking this long already chances are it needs physical access to do some work, so could be waiting on parts being ordered, land access being granted, health and safety sign off if it needs a climb etc etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would be worth setting up wifi calling if you can to try and minimise disruption to you whilst you wait for it to be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
