    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a new BT SIM. I want to record a voicemail greeting. But when I dial 1571 from my mobile to access voicemail to set up my greeting, it plays the following message:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"we are sorry but due to a technical fault, we can't contact you to the voicemail service".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's been like this for weeks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to speak to someone in the mobile team on 0800 800150 but I am held in a queue forever and can't get connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wife also has a new BT SIM - it's on the same account as my SIM. When she dials 1571, she can access voicemail to record a greeting and check for messages without a problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm going round in circles on this one. Anyone having the same problem?
