Invalid PAC

Hi

I’m trying to port my mobile number away from BT, but every time I provide them with the PAC code from BT, it says invalid. I would expect that the reason for this is that the PAC i had expired on 30th October and I didnt use it in time. Issue is however that Ive requested another PAC a few times since to 65075, and it keeps sending me the same one, with an expiry of 30th October. My question is, how can I get a new, valid PAC generated from BT?

thanks!

Thanks for the reply

I’ve been in and tried that, still shows the same PAC and expiry. There is an option to cancel PAC, which I’ve tried, but it doesn’t work and just says to call - something I was hoping to avoid, but doesn’t look like I have much choice

Thanks
