How to turn off Parental Controls for data?

This is my first time posting on here, so apologies if I chose the incorrect board!

Whenever I try to access certain sites whilst using my mobile data it says that due to parental controls I cannot access them- although I have logged onto my BT (shared by family and I) and have turned off the Parental Controls for my phone and I am still getting the blocked site message.

I have also tried turning off the Web Protect feature, and turning my phone on and off for both of these changes, and leaving it for 2 hours or so to see if it works after waiting.

And still nothing. How do I fix this?

If you're able to access the same sites ok on other devices, then you would be best to give us a call and speak with the BT Mobile team.
