    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm moving to another network so I need to get a PAC. Because I had 2 numbers under 1 account I can't text the general number for the code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've logged in and gone to the page to generate a code but nothing happens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I click on "Get Started" then the button disappears along with the text and I'm left with 3 headings of:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;T&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;ype of switch&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;What to expect if you switch&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Your switching code&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;... and a load of FAQ's&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried this process a few times and no code appears&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Check out&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/mobile/how-do-i-get-a-pac-#:~:text=You%20can%20get%20a%20PAC%20from%20us%2C%20free,of%20leaving%20BT%203%20Texting%20PAC%20to%2065075" target="_blank"&gt;How do I get a PAC? | BT Help&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and there is a text option and if that fails, you'll need to call in and speak with the Mobile team.&lt;/P&gt;
