Media Attachments Removed

I have an Android 10 mobile (Blackview BV6600) and it's just what I wanted and working fine.

The one hic-cup that I have in using the BT/EE network, is that if I send an animation to my partner, it returns a message on her mobile (same account / different mobile) stating 'One or more media attachments were removed'. The message details show the size as 208kB, so don't think that it is that but the 'From:' text shows as 'UNKNOWN SENDER' which is probably the cause.

It's probably straight forward but how do I rectify this..? Thanks in advance

PS. As a test, I tried sending an animation to myself and I get the same problem. Is there an option to permit receipt of attachments from select numbers..?

sending animation in text probably is treated as MMS which is not included in free data and is chargeable check your text settings and see if MMS is switched off
