PAC Code does not work

Hi,

I'm trying to transfer my family of 4 mobile phones from BT to TalkMobile. I requested PAC codes for all phones and have received the same PAC for all 4 mobile numbers. When trying to transfer I was advised by TalkMobile that they have seen this problem before. They tried multiple ways of trying to transfer but was eventually told to call BT to request individual PAC's. However, I've been on hold to BT for ages and on 3 occasions have had to drop off as I need to do something else.

Any advice on how to resolve or help? I've been on hold for over 45 mins each time.

You'll need to call & request separate ones if they're not accepting them.

Tells me a lot about some of these mobile companies though as it's perfectly ok to have the same pac for 4 numbers in reality
