When I am not connected to broadband my iphone radio player does not work. I have sufficient data allowance. Does anyone know why?

Hi @Cappi that's probably down to the settings on your iPhone. You can check if the radio player has permission to use mobile data by going to settings, choose mobile data then scroll down and make sure the toggle beside the app you want to use on mobile data is on.

Hi Neil, I checked that initially and mobile data is activated for a number of apps that are not working when away from Broadband.

I have turned my phone off and back on. All apps are now working satisfactorily when not on broadband.
