Using phone abroad issues

I can use my data, receive texts, receive calls but cannot make outgoing calls. I've tried selecting different abroad networks.

Have checked all outgoing call settings and cannot see any issues there.

I have a huawei p30. Can anyone help?

check MYBT and make sure you have your international spend limit set to great than £0 maybe £5

Yep spend cap was already higher. Set to £50. I have increased it to see if that's the issue.

Any further advice available?

What happens when you try? Do you get a recorded announcement?

It makes the network busy call and then terminates the call attempt.
