How to unblock text messages from 1571

Hello,

It appears that my BT Mobile voicemail text notifications are being blocked on my Samsung android phone. I have no recollection of blocking them myself, in fact why would I? Can anyone tell me how to unblock them please.

I have an older Samsung Galaxy A3 2016. I opened the messages app and then from the 3 dots menu I selected settings, Block messages, Block Numbers. Select the number from the list of blocked numbers and tap the '-' to the right of the screen. This will unblock the number. If the number doesn't appear in the blocked numbers list (as mine didn't) go to Block messages, Blocked messages, select EDIT, from the 3 dots menu select Unblock number. Only the messages were blocked so it was not intuitive.
