Hi,

Can anyone help me, I have cancelled 2 of my mobile plans from BT and I recieved a PUK code to take the number over to vodafone.

I have left one contract on BT open but now that BY number can't call my old BT numbers that are now on vodafon

you need to phone CS 03301234150 and they should help you sort it out

Actually it's Vodafone you need to speak with, it sounds like the porting hasn't fully completed and left routing errors, the numbers are no longer on the BT range once ported.
