I used to have quite good mobile signal around the house but over the last 6 months it has been appalling and I have to call pressed up against the window. I have BT mobile sim in a Motorola phone, I have Halo 3 broadband with complete wifi. Is there anything I can do

Does your mobile not have the ability to do WiFi calling as that would solve your problem

Switch on WIFI Calling.

If you calls cut out whilst on WIFI using WIFI Calling it is because your mobile is sensing an improved 4G signal, so it attempts to reconnect to 4G thereby cutting off your calls.

To fix this and stop your phone trying to connect to 4G, set Network mode to LTE/3G/2G.
