Porting number from BT Mobile to EE

I'm moving from BT Mobile to EE and today received my new EE SIM card. I received a PAC code from BT to keep my old number and entered this on the EE website, but it's not accepting it.

However, I've read that the number transfer happens automatically once you make a call from the new EE SIM.

Is that correct?

Hi @davidw87 I believe that the number port happens automatically in that instance and you don't need to enter the PAC code. Has the number been transferred over yet?

Thanks, yes - it was transferred this morning.
