Even the recommended, best value plan BT sent via email before the price changes is unavailable online too!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BT are pushing toward EE for certain.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>BT Mobile - No Upgrade Offers or SIM Plans</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the recent price increase introductions, the ability to upgrade to alternative SIM plans (e.g. plans with more data etc.) is now extremely limited. Only 1 plan is showing under My BT &amp;gt; Mobile &amp;gt; ‘Change plan’ options which is for less data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Personalised Offers under “My BT” also displays - ‘We are unable to show you any personalised offers at the moment’. It been like this for a couple of months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other BT mobile accounts in our household are also the same? - anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You might need to call 150 up and see if there's any tariffs they can offer you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT mobile is closed to new customers and they have been gently pushing existing customers to EE so it could have something to do with that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
