Cannot connect to network in France

I am in France at the moment and cannot connect to a network please help.

have you set you phone in MYBT to have ability for international calls? if so have you set international spend limit to a sum greater than £0?

Thank you for helping, found a Asda sim in my in box of stuff topped it up then phoned BT. Sorted Thanks again.
