    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is for iPhone XR, my allowance is set from zero to £10, roaming switched in and according to bt mobile guide&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have an iPhone 4S or newer, or are using iOS 8 and beyond, you can check the settings yourself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;General&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;About&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;The "Carrier" should show as BT with the current version greater or equal to 18.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the Carrier is not showing "BT 18.1":&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;General&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Reset Network Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;the problem is XR the carrier is not even on displayed - I have looked around if it hidden and it is not.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
