Why two price?

I was just looking at mobile phones and there are two with the same type number and description but different prices.

What is the difference?

Check the specs... one has 8gb of Ram and 256gb of memory and the other has 12 gb of Ram and 512gb memory!

when you check BT shop the cheaper phone is 'Grade A'

I can't see anything to show what "GRADE A" means?

When I had the BT shop page and compared the 2 phones it says grade in heading and going down compare the grade didn't show 2 year warranty whereas the expensive new phone did
