Upgrading online rather than via phonecall

Hi,

I am out of contact on my bt mobile plan and am wanting to upgrade handset/plan etc.

Is there anyway this can be done online as I keep getting pointed to a telephone number but I'd much prefer to order online.

I think you will need to phone as from other posts you will need to move to EE
