Sorry you're also having this problem. Do you see any error messages etc? Which one of the family sims is having the problem?

I'm still waiting for a resolution. The sim in question has been like that since July.

For the last 4 days when I go to “change settings” for the one sim, there is a yellow box with :

My options to adjust settings are greyed out. This is only happening for 1 out of 4 sims.
