Have swooped over from BT Mobile to EE Have received new sim from EE, but as to date can’t get the PUK Code from BT to keep same number, they say they can’t seem to find it on their system, even though it’s a BT supplied number and not from another provider.

@John4951 Don't you mean a PAC code?

A PUK code unblocks a phone when an PIN has been entered incorrectly too many times. A PAC code is obtained when someone wants to leave a service provider and use their device on another network.
