      <title>Can't get a 5G signal</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Samsung S23 Ultra (5g is enabled), on a 5G BT mobile plan and in the summer I had the sim card replaced - but still cannot get a 5G signal where ever I travel in the UK.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I need to do to get a 5G signal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Almost seems to me that somewhere within BT's prehistoric systems there's a setting on my account that's preventing 5g - but maybe that's me being cynical after years of having support problems with BT...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the response&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd tried calling BT Support back in the summer - and it was on the back of that they they sent out a new sim - they did no investigative work just took a guess (erroneously) that it was a an issue with the sim.&lt;BR /&gt;Therefore before I ring again and spend hours on the phone getting pushed from one department to another which is my normal experience with BT Support - I thought I might try the community to see if anyone else had experienced a similar issue and what steps they'd taken to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
