    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like the common battery problem with the phones. If you have some regular alkaline AAAs you can use those to test &amp;amp; probably make a call, just don't put the phone on the charger with them installed. If that is the problem you can but replacement rechargeable cheaply from Amazon in their Basics range.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday my mobile decided to show the no service message, is there an email address for bt so I can talk to someone I don't have access to another phone as my home phones are now these new digital ones and they're not working either, all they're doing is synchronizing or switching themselves on and off. I'm housebound so having working phones and working internet are lifelines to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have an old phone sitting in a draw you could use to test the SIM? If not can you call on a friend/neighbour/family member who may have one?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the phone is "smart" &amp;amp; not ancient, it should be able to use WiFi Calling to make/receive calls through your Internet. That may help for now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sadly not unfortunately. I have tried connecting to the internet, it has let me log into my Wi-Fi for messenger and Google but for using my phone as a phone it won't let me. It's saying syncing sim contacts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Assuming you are on Digital Voice, I suspect that your mobile is trying to use Wi-Fi calling and your hub is not playing nicely, hence you can use neither landline nor mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try switching your hub off and then try to make a call on your mobile (whilst the hub is still off), then turn your hub back on and try making another mobile call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. I switched both hub and mobile off. Mobile back on again, it's reset itself and I've been able to make a call. Hubs back on now and made another call. Just need batteries now to try and sort my home phones out. Thanks everyone xx&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you try resetting the network settings on your iPhone if you haven't done this already? To do this go into Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Transfer or Reset iPhone &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You won't lose any personal data, but you'll need to provide your password next time you connect to WiFi.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, can you check your device is fully up to date please? Just head to Settings &amp;gt; &amp;nbsp;General &amp;gt; Software Update. If you have an update pending then complete that too.&lt;/P&gt;
