Thanks Chrisjp. The current sim is smaller than what I will need for my new card. I know you can purchase frames to make the sim bigger but I felt it was easier to order a new bigger sim.

Hello. I believe I have this right but wanted to check. I have a phone and sim all working fine but I’m replacing my phone and have just ordered a new replacement sim. I opted for a replacement sim and chose sim doesn’t fit as my current sim is smaller. I assume that my current sim will continue to work until I activate my new sim. I don’t want to be cut off and am working on the basis that my old phone and sim will continue to work until my new sim is here and I activate in my new phone.

AFAIK all SIMs are now supplied in a form which allows you to press out the size you need to fit your phone. Take a look to see if there are cut lines around the SIM size you need and then carefully press it out.
