How to get voicemail notifications on IPhone

Hi There,

dose anyone know how you can get notified you have received a voicemail message? On previous networks I have been on you either get a text notification or there is a red dot with a number on the voicemail symbol letting you know how many messages you have.
I have no idea if someone had left me a message without going in a calling directly and have missed a few. Very annoying.

Hi, @Lauren1988 I'm sorry you're not getting voicemail notifications, you should get a Text message to let you know when a new voicemail has been left. I'd recommend giving the BT Mobile technical support team a call on 150 and they'll be able to help you with that.
