I arrived in Italy 3 days ago and have had “No Service” on my phone ever since. Multiple calls to BT Mobile Tech Service have failed to yield a solution. The only development has been that my phone number has been removed from the account (so unless anything changes it won’t even work when I get home !). BT give the distinct impression of not having a clue what has gone wrong. Any similar experiences out there ? (My wife’s phone which is on the same account is working just fine)

Have you set access to international calling and also set spend limit greater than £0 say £5 - check in MYBT
