Cancel BT Mobile

Why is there no mechanism to cancel BT Mobile online? Or am I missing something? It seems you can only do so by calling, which I will be charged for as I am abroad, and have to queue to get through and wade through automated systems and be put on hold and so on. It seems that it is much easier to onboard than offboard, which is not how it should be.

Hi @Howie33,

Thank you for posting. The only way you can cancel your BT Mobile is by calling BT. If you take a look at Contacting from abroad, you'll find the contact details for ringing BT while abroad.

Yeah

But when you eventually get through you get passed around then they hang up on you, been trying to cancel a mobile sim only for weeks now. Absolute joke!
