hi - during Red Nose day on 15th March 2024 I made three payments by text . I got text confirmations from Red Nose day thanking me for my donation but then I received three other text notifications saying "Sorry a service you ordered from 70010 could not be delivered as you do not have sufficient credit. Please top up to receive the service" However I can see on my account that the three payments have been debited. Anyone had the same issue or know what is going on?
