I bought a EE sim only contract as a BT customer though BT web page

The contract reads as follows

Unlimited data and data gifting

Essential plan £12.60 per month

Speed max, 100

Unlimited minutes and texts

12 month contract

This is what I got

My account reads 2GB of data

Where is the unlimited data please ?

Speed max 10 Mbps

Where is the 100 Mbps ?

Has anybody had this trouble? Thanks David

You may need to ask on the EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/

EE are a separate company within the BT Group.

Probably talking direct with EE customer servive (eg 150 on your EE phone) would be best way to progress as they should have access to your EE account details.

As suggested call EE

I had similar but with EE BB the SIMS are all unlimited data on rolling month ( so is a good deal with the 30% discount ) but is confusing, as needs to be added to your BB account.

Anyways, do check with EE as this is only my personal experience with similar issue
