Old mobile number

Hi, I lost my grandad about 2 years ago (I know it’s a long time ago) however my Microsoft account was connected to his phone number and I literally cannot get into my Microsoft account without his phone number. Do you think there is any hope for me to get access to his old phone number? Thank you

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help.

Try calling 0330 1234 150

Its very unlikely you would be able to get access to the number.

Provided you know your Microsoft password, you should be able to get access to your account. The only other option would be to call Microsoft, and pass any security questions.
