If you've already had it replaced twice, surely you know the answer to that?

So, i’m on my second replacement handset. 10 months in, it’s gotten extremely slow, to the point where it’s unusable, and the battery is lasting me around 3 hours.

I’ve contacted BT about it and the horrible customer service agent with a horrible attitude kept prompting me to upgrade my contract, and how she can’t fix the problem.

I asked what to do, and she goes to just contact apple and have it fixed.. i’m in warranty? BT is supposed to fix it.. right?

Anyone able to help on what I can do now? I’m stuck with a phone that’s barely working..

Just go direct to Apple, that's all BT will do so just cut out the middle man.

dosent BT offer device replacements ? I’ve had it on my other contracts for my kids, and family. They normally don’t refer me to Apple then.
