    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i currently have one of the old Sim Only Family plans with 4 sims attached - does anyone know if i am able to remove 1 of the sims - leaving 3 plans together without having to change all of them to the new EE mobile contract please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you'd like to remove a line, you'd just need to have a chat with our disconnections team, who you can speak to by dialling 150 from an EE phone, then select options 1, 4 then 2.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if you remove a line from a family account, it may affect the price of your other lines.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>thanks for the reply Chris - i think the issue is that currently all my plans are on the old BT mobile... is this still applicable please?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try texting "PAC" to 65075. That will give you a code to move the number to another provider. But it should also generate a text/email from BT with the implications of that. That might give you idea without sticking your head into the Lions Den of "Everyone must move to EE".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
