To request a PAC (Posting Authorisation Code) from XLN, you can: Text PAC to 65075, Call 0344 880 7777, Email service@telecom-service.co.uk, and Request a code through your online My Account

Please help, I stupidly agreed to switch my bt account to XLN a couple of days ago for broadband and mobile sim, and after a lot of wrangling with them, (they miss-sold me a contract) I have cancelled my contract with them, but they have immediately cut my mobile sim off, I cannot make any calls at all, I am in my 70's with health problems, this is a nasty and dangerous thing to do to someone, I can't seem to find a chat line to speak to BT to reinstate my contract with them, I need a pac code from XLN to transfer my mobile number back, but they are not being helpful. I don't know what to do, can anyone help me with some advice please?

I've tried texting that number for the PAC code, but my sim is now disabled, I can no longer text or make calls, my online account is also disabled, they have made any communication almost impossible for me, this is very frustrating and annoying and very wrong on their part to do this, if I had an emergency, I have no way of contacting anyone.
