Where do I find the BT live chat line please? I can't find it, thanks.

Try 'message us' to billing and see if they can help

Thanks, but I’ve tried that, and I get no response when I click on the message us button, nothing happens, my bt account has been suspended, due to me switching to XLN, I seem to be scuppered from all directions.

Hey there @DeniseT, I've just given this a check myself and the 'Message Us' link is directing me to a popup with the chat box and our virtual assistant straight away.

If you haven't already, can you please give this a go from a different device or browser?

what browser are you using as I have tried Edge and chrome and link works no problem are you using pc/laptop not an app
