for some strange reason i have lost all calls and texts i cant even call 150 to sort this out i have a iphone 16

pls help im stressing

Not for BT mobile. you have to call them.

Does it say "Emergency Calls Only" on your screen? If so then you could try removing your SIM card and cleaning the contacts with a clean, lint-free cloth

thank you just found out our masts in southampton are totaly down i have been told to report but cant as have no phone or ways of contacting them

if your mobile service is down in your are then there is nothing the forum can do to help. as suggested in your other post are you not able to use wifi calling which uses your internet wifi and does not rely on mobile signal

Hi @ladysky

I am sorry you are experiencing signal issues on your iPhone 16.

You can report mobile signal problems on the Service Status Checker if you select 'report a problem' the report will go to the network team to get looked into.

Can you connect to WiFi and use WiFi Calling to make and receive calls? Or, are you having problems with your broadband connection?
