Mobile Call

When I am on a mobile call, somebody else trying to call me keeps getting told I'm busy. This never used to happen and it only started a month or so ago. I have call waiting on but I don't get told there is another incoming call and even when I am done with the current call there is no missed call notification.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the community.

Does this happen on any attempted incoming call when you are on a call, or has it only been noticed by the one caller?

Have you tried something as simple as restarting the phone or turning airplane mode on for a few minutes to see if that helps?

Its when anyone phones me and I have tried restarting the phone and had it in airplane mode, but neither have worked

If call waiting is switched on, I'd recommend getting in touch with our tech guides, who can have a look into this further and see what is causing it to not work.
