From personal experience, roaming in Ireland is actually free on EE anyway. Can only think thats because of closeness to border at points as you say

I have had no mobile network signal all week at my home address BT51. When I leave home network fine about two miles down road and grand when I’m at work 10 miles away

Rang this morning and they told me they could see no issues and couldn’t help.

what do I do now ?

they really want to change me to EE mobile but I’m holding out as don’t want to pay roaming charges every time with go near the border (live Northern Ireland).
Thanks all

As BT mobile uses the EE network changing to EE will not improve your mobile coverage

Thanks for reply

This is a new problem this week with no network, usually it is very good in my home area. I am aware both BT and EE use the same masts. I am not sure how to proceed when I’m being told there is no issue. I’m paying for a service I don’t have

Yes both BT and EE use the same masts some of which are orange, and others T-Mobile, you should have to EE networks come up on orange or T-mobile click on both an see which mast is closer is it orange closer or T-Mobile. Then make sure you make a note of which is better.
