      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has this phone for a few years, and now if i make a call the caller can't hear me unless I use speaker. Tried a reset, and update - still not sorted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keith&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried using Google as there are numerous suggestions to solve your problem eg try safe mode, check accessibility settings etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Eventually you can back up phone then factory reset and then install back up&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5425"&gt;@keithp&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have seen this advice:-&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is appears that some 3rd party apps can interfere with the normal use of your phone.&lt;BR /&gt;Have you recently (since the problem started) installed a new app?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also try:-&lt;BR /&gt;Settings&amp;gt;General Management&amp;gt;Reset&amp;gt;Reset Network Settings&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If these suggestions fail then do an internet search e.g. A12 Samsung - callers can't hear unless on speaker and I'm sure you will find am answer!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck x&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks - but I have tried everything suggested, the final option is the factory reset. I have not installed any new apps, so no idea what has caused this. The mic works fine as video is ok and speaker allows you to hear ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Keith&lt;/P&gt;</description>
