Hi, I used to have a BT Mobile number, and I'm trying to find out if it can be reactivated. I no longer have access to the old SIM, and it no longer works. I'd like to know if the number is still linked in my name or account, and whether I can get it back - either on a new EE SIM or as part of a new contract.
