      <title>Contacting BT from abroad with no mobile service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how I can contact BT from France to find out why I’m not connected to any mobile network here? I have wifi but can’t call any BT numbers using that. Also can’t login to My BT because &amp;nbsp;I’m not receiving the passcode even by email. Is there an online chat I can use to contact them? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks but the contact is just a phone number which I can’t use as I have no phone connection! It doesn’t work over wifi. I need a way to send a message but there’s no obvious way to do this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have the "Whats app" app on your phone? If you do you can use its phone function if you are connected to wifi.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
