Can’t make mobile calls abroad

I am in Crete and I can’t make mobile calls. I can text. How can I get online help to check what is happening. It is the same issue with the other 2 Bt mobile phones on my account. I can data roam. I checked settings and international calls are allowed. Help

Thanks for the guide. I managed to speak to someone at BT mobile and they are following up on it as they can’t see why it’s not working. Hopefully it will get resolved soon.
