Bill to the wrong email address

This seems to be a common theme. My bills keep getting sent to the wrong email address. I changed my email a long time ago and the address that the bills are being sent to is due to end and I won't have access. I've looked everywhere on the app and online and can't find where this email still exists. Can you please advise where I can look to change it.
