Noticed currently many of the main freeview channels such as 101, 103 etc are losing picture and the settings show them fluctuating.

It was fine yesterday so unsure what to do, I've rebooted the box still no luck, pictures seem fine when viewing through the antenna being the aerial in the loft but still through the box.

There are atmospheric issues at the moment, deep area of high pressure that are affecting TV signals. This may be the cause.

Yes, thanks for that.

I managed to sort it by after rebooting the box I took out the HDMI cable from the box and reinserted it, since I've done this the percentage seems to be back as normal.

It is also possible that there was interference from the HDMI cable from its proximity to your aerial cable and that resolved itself after you did the unplugging/plugging back in of the cable.
