Why am i getting error code gj900 when i try and sign in to mytv app on my phone

indicates (message 6)

GJ900 very specifically means that the username or password that you tried to log in with is incorrect.

Hi yes I can see that but I am imputing the correct username and password but keeps coming up with that code it works with now tv Netflix and works on the TV just won't let me log in on my phone
