Hello.

Halo 3

Smart hub 2 and hybrid connect.

Hub shows a downstream connection of 79mb.

BT TV box DTRT4000 shows it is connected to the hub via ethernet cable and that it is connected to the internet.

I'm getting this error on my internet TV channels, specifically BT Sport and Sky Sports.

Hub has been restarted. TV box has been restarted. Problem persists.

Connection is usually reasonably stable although less so recently. WiFi does tend to drop a few times each day (not that this effects BT TV since it's wired).

Hoping someone can advise on any other local troubleshooting I can do before reporting it as a DSLAM issue

If you're on FTTP, power down your ONT completely (including battery backup if fitted) for 30 seconds or so and then power it back up
