Ask question button!! and available channels;;;

I'm new, started service yesterday, I never see a 'Message now' button will appear in a few moments during opening hours. when searching on-line.... so cant ask there;; and have just "screen saved" a page that show Discovery as a viewable channel but I cant get any of the Nat Geo/Discovery/Animal Planet etc channels from the menu, should I be looking in a different sub menu?

As a new customer you'll be on the flexible now pacakges where the discovery & animal planet channels aren't available, nat geo is part of the entertainment pass currently though

As an "older" customer I get frustrated when company sellers don't give you the full info and it's difficult to find brochures or the like.

Any ideas on why I don't get an "ask questions" button on my computer (iMac)??

I'm also trying to get "back" to a clear HD picture which is apparently also another add on!!!

Gary Thanks, I stumbled back in here today looking for something else.
A mis-sold package, should have known better eh!

I still don't get that option, of asking questions on-line...

My latest two Q's are: 1. how to stop the TV going to sleep, and 2. why are recordings being cut short? Two shows recorded, both stopped short of full time, very very annoying.

Recordings maybe getting cut short as some channels broadcast a different signal code to the EPG and it's not always correct.

I find sometimes Forces TV, Horror and CBS Justice sometimes cuts the end of a recording but only by 20 or 30 seconds and I know at times it can be annoying.
