Cancelling BT Sport - going round in circles

Hi,

I want to cancel BT Sport but on the website there is not cancel button or option like the Q&A suggested. I went to BT Sport page and Monthly Pass but there is no Cancel button?

I went to contact BT and want to do online chat but the where there should be a message us button, there is not.

Can someone point me to how to cancel BT sport online?

I'm sorry for the confusion around cancelling BT Sport. There isn't an option to cancel BT Sport online and you'll need to call us to arrange this. I can see that you've spoken with my colleague who has helped you out.
