I have had so many issues with bt messing with my tv package in the last 24hrs I only phoned to cancel Netflix premium. They cancelled basic aswell taking me out of a packe deal. They are now telling me a manager needs to authorise a credit to give me the money I would of saved inter the offer that was agreed in January. This offer was cancelled without telling me. I had enough of messages and calls to sort their mess and asked to cancel my tv packe I was told I couldn’t as my contrac is until January 24 yet in a recorded call I was told I have a 14 day cooling off period which was said in a recorded call. Question can I hold bt to that as it was a verb lie agreement I had to agree to or is it one rule for me and another for bt ?
