      <title>Managing TV add-ons - why a tech expert visit?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm attempting to add the NOW Entertainment membership free trial to my account but why do I have to add a tech expert visit to my order? I have no option to not choose this why?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not looking to upgrade my box just change the add-on am I not able to do this without upgrading my box? ( I assume this will then renew broadband for another 24 months which I don't want).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
